Of the 33\,000 appellation hectares\, only 600 are certified organic or in the process of being certified. And if just 2% of the champagne production surface is organically engaged\, certified organic cuvees make up less than 1% of the total production. \nIn this exclusive tasting\, 18 certified organic producers from all over the region look forward to share their grape growing and wine making vision as well as their cuvees with you. We have opted for an intimate setting to stimulate proper interaction and quality exchange with the winemakers; however this means spaces are limited.
