Indigenous grape varieties are championed and ancient methods are revisited\, such as fermentation in terracotta amphorae. Cerasuolo di Vittoria is at the heart of the region and it is Stefano’s dream to put Sicily’s only DOCG on the world map. \nThe presentation lasts around 25 minutes and is followed by a Q&A session.
