DESCRIPTION:This CWW seminar will be presented by Elisabeth Poux and Luc David.  Elisabeth\, who is on the communications committee for the appellation and winegrower/owner at Domaine de Pech-Ménel\, will introduce the Saint Chinian appellation where her family have been vignerons since the mid-19th century.  Luc\, who is a geologist\, will explain the particular geology of appellation\, made up predominantly of schist and clay-limestone\, plus give you an insight into his study of the geomorphology zonage of the area. \nGuests are welcome\, please let us know their name if possible.
