This CWW seminar will be presented by Elisabeth Poux and Luc David.  Elisabeth, who is on the communications committee for the appellation and winegrower/owner at Domaine de Pech-Ménel, will introduce the Saint Chinian appellation where her family have been vignerons since the mid-19th century.  Luc, who is a geologist, will explain the particular geology of appellation, made up predominantly of schist and clay-limestone, plus give you an insight into his study of the geomorphology zonage of the area.
