We’re so excited to launch this initiative in London. We believe wine is an art, so in 2018 a challenge was issued to Swiss artists – graphic designers, painters, photographers, students and amateurs – to devise concepts for wine bottle labels. These designs will be launched on the evening, with both artists and winemakers present.

The goal for the artists was to represent the grape varieties of the Valais in artistic terms, many of which are indigenous to the area. They include Fendant (Chasselas), Petite Arvine, Heida (aka Païen or Savagnin Blanc), Cornalin, Humagne Rouge, Syrah and Pinot Noir. The wines will be available to purchase in the UK later this year.
