Boldy, Sustainable will focus on New York wine producers’ commitment to sustainability.
Racines NY’s managing partner, Pascaline Lepeltier, MOF, will host the discussion about how NY wineries and thinking and acting sustainably, from farming to winery and business practices, both individually and collectively as a region.
The panel will also look at the region’s new sustainability programme and what that means for the future.
